The eNanoMapper project deliverables
This is a bit of an administrative post and historic, but keep coming back to the question, where are all the deliverable of the (past) project. Now, since many eNanoMapper project deliverables were public, we were able to release most of them on Zenodo. This post makes an overview.
To former partners and collaborators, thanks for this awesome journey!
Work Package 1
WP1 was about community interaction and developeing solutions to support the NanoSafety Cluster.
- D1.1 Requirements Analysis and System Design (10.5281/zenodo.375623) (CC-BY 4.0 Int)
- D1.2 Use Cases and Test Suite (10.5281/zenodo.375624) (CC-BY 4.0 Int)
- D1.3 Sustainability Plan (not public)
- D1.4 User Guidance (10.5281/zenodo.375630) (CC-BY 4.0 Int)
- D1.5 Evaluation (not public)
Work Package 2
But the grant call already described one specific need, a common language, so WP2 was all about the eNanoMapper Ontology (doi:10.1186/S13326-015-0005-5).
- D2.1 Framework and Infrastructure for Ontology development, versioning and dissemination (10.5281/zenodo.375633) (CC-BY 4.0 Int)
- D2.2 Ontology Content Types and Existing Community efforts (10.5281/zenodo.375634) (CC-BY 4.0 Int)
- D2.3 Ontology initial release (10.5281/zenodo.375635) (CC-BY 4.0 Int)
- D2.4 Ontology final release (10.5281/zenodo.375636) (CC-BY 4.0 Int)
Work Package 3
And the common language had as goal to support data and knowledge exchange, so WP3 was about the eNanoMapper Database (doi:10.3762/bjnano.6.165).
- D3.1 Technical Specification and initial implementation of the protocol and data management web services (10.5281/zenodo.375637) (CC-BY 4.0 Int)
- D3.2 Data Management System with extended search capabilities (10.5281/zenodo.375639) (CC-BY 4.0 Int)
- D3.3 Modules and services for linking and integration with third party databases (10.5281/zenodo.375813) (CC-BY 4.0 Int)
- D3.4 ISA-Tab templates for common bioselected set of assays (10.5281/zenodo.375814) (CC-BY 4.0 Int)
Work Package 4
WP4 and WP5 were aimed at impact, where WP4 focused on safe-by-design or AI for materials.
- D4.1 Analysis and Modelling Specifications (10.5281/zenodo.346000) (CC-BY 4.0 Int)
- D4.2 Descriptor Calculation Algorithms and Methods (10.5281/zenodo.375609) (CC-BY 4.0 Int)
- D4.3 nQSAR Modelling infrastructure (10.5281/zenodo.375610) (CC-BY 4.0 Int)
- D4.4 Mechanism-ofaction Modelling Tools (10.5281/zenodo.375613) (CC-BY 4.0 Int)
- D4.5 Design of experiments and inter-laboratory testing facilities (10.5281/zenodo.375616) (CC-BY 4.0 Int)
- D4.6 Tools for generating QMRF and QPRF reports (10.5281/zenodo.375619) (CC-BY 4.0 Int)
Work Package 5
This was perhaps a separate unique innovation: WP5 was not clearly defined in the outcome. We were going to ask the community, and use results from WP2, WP3, and WP4 to help other NanoSafety Cluster projects. For example, the collaboration with NanoReg was positioned in this WP.
- D5.1 Integrated Issue Management and Testing system (not public)
- D5.2 User registration, authentication and authorisation (not public)
- D5.3 User applications for importing NanoWiki data (10.5281/zenodo.345979) (CC-BY 4.0 Int)
- D5.4 User application for importing NanoSafety Cluster data (10.5281/zenodo.345994) (CC-BY 4.0 Int)
- D5.5 User application for searching and downloading eNanoMapper data (10.5281/zenodo.345995) (CC-BY 4.0 Int)
- D5.6 User Application for Conformance to Reporting and Curation Standards (10.5281/zenodo.345997) (CC-BY 4.0 Int)
- D5.7 Final report on User Applications (10.5281/zenodo.322296) (CC-BY 4.0 Int)
Work Package 6
This was the management++ work package.
- D6.1 eNanoMapper Year 1 Dissemination Report (10.5281/zenodo.345960) (CC-BY 4.0 Int)
- D6.2 eNanoMapper Year 2 Dissemination Report (10.5281/zenodo.345974) (CC-BY 4.0 Int)
- D6.3 eNanoMapper Tutorials (10.5281/zenodo.345975) (CC-BY 4.0 Int)
- D6.4 eNanoMapper Community Development Report (not public)
- D6.5 eNanoMapper Exploitation Report (not public)
- D6.6 eNanoMapper Final Dissemination Report (10.5281/zenodo.345976) (CC-BY 4.0 Int)
I will probably do this in the future for other projects I have been involved in, but will then maybe focus on deliverables I have co-authored.
