I’m at least two weeks behind on reading literature, but hope to catch up a bit this\nweek. The following diagram shows one of the pathways on the <a href=\"https://covid.wikipathways.org/\">WikiPathways COVID-19 Portal</a>:</p>\n\n<p><img src=\"/assets/images/WP4846_110308.png\" alt=\"\" /></p>\n\n<center><i><a href=\"https://www.wikipathways.org/index.php/Pathway:WP4846\">wikipathways:WP4846</a>, CC0</i></center>\n\n<p>This has led to collaborations with Andra Waagmeester, Jasper Koehorst and others, resulting in this\n<a href=\"https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2020.04.05.026336v1.full\">preprint</a> that needs some tweaking before submission,\nto an awesome collaboration with Birgit Meldal around the <a href=\"https://www.ebi.ac.uk/complexportal/home\">Complex Portal</a>\n(preprint pending), and a Japanese translation of a\n<a href=\"https://egonw.github.io/SARS-CoV-2-Queries/\">book around a number search queries against Wikidata</a> (CC-BY/CC0).\nThe latter two were started at the <a href=\"https://github.com/virtual-biohackathons/covid-19-bh20\">recent online BioHackathon</a>.</p>\n\n<p>Oh, boy, do I love Open Science.</p>\n\n<h4>References</h4>\n<div class=\"csl-bib-body\">\n    <div class=\"csl-entry\">Ostaszewski, M., Mazein, A., Gillespie, M.
