      "content_html": "<p>Very much overdue, but still in progress, is my book on CDK programming. I am\nin love with the writing environment, a mix of <a href=\"http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Make_%28software%29\">make</a>,\n<a href=\"http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Groovy_%28programming_language%29\">Groovy</a> and\n<a href=\"http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LaTeX\">LaTeX</a>, where the code snippets are written\nin Groovy and embedded into LaTeX (see <a href=\"http://chem-bla-ics.blogspot.com/2009/04/cdk-documentation.html\">CDK - The Documentation</a>).\nThe Groovy script is actually run by the build system, allowing me to embed\nthe output too.</p>\n\n<p>In the LaTeX source code I, therefore, have something like:</p>\n\n<div class=\"language-latex highlighter-rouge\"><div class=\"highlight\"><pre class=\"highlight\"><code>The list of supported hybridization types can be listed with:\n\n<span class=\"k\">\\codeverb</span><span class=\"p\">{</span>HybridizationTypes<span class=\"p\">}</span>\n\nlisting these types:\n\n<span class=\"k\">\\codeout</span><span class=\"p\">{</span>HybridizationTypes<span class=\"p\">}</span>\n</code></pre></div></div>\n\n<p>refering to a groovy script that looks like:</p>\n\n<div class=\"language-plaintext highlighter-rouge\"><div class=\"highlight\"><pre class=\"highlight\"><code>#import org.openscience.cdk.interfaces.*;\n#\nIAtomType.Hybridization.each {\n  println it\n}\n</code></pre></div></div>\n\n<p>Actually, the above is preprocessed to give the LaTeX view as well as the actual\nGroovy script run.</p>\n\n<p>Since last year, I have pimped the output a bit, and the above now looks like:</p>\n\n<p><img src=\"/assets/images/cdkBook.png\" alt=\"\" /></p>",
