      "content_html": "<p>Quite a while a go, I blogged about <a href=\"http://www.eclipse.org/gef/zest/\">Zest</a> in <a href=\"http://www.bioclipse.net/\">Bioclipse</a> showing\n<a href=\"https://chem-bla-ics.linkedchemistry.info/2008/11/18/solubility-data-in-bioclipse-1.html\">a bit of ONS Solubility data <i class=\"fa-solid fa-recycle fa-xs\"></i></a>. I could not follow up\non that until now, as I had yet to do a lot of <a href=\"http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Resource_Description_Framework\">RDF</a> work in\nBioclipse, so the screenshot back then was kind of a <a href=\"http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mockup\">mockup</a>.</p>\n\n<p>Things are different now, and the Bioclipse-RDF functionality (using <a href=\"http://jena.sourceforge.net/\">Jena</a>) is released in\n<a href=\"http://bioclipse.blogspot.com/2010/01/bioclipse-22-released.html\">Bioclipse 2.2</a> (see\n<a href=\"https://chem-bla-ics.linkedchemistry.info/2010/01/28/semantic-web-features-in-bioclipse-22.html\">Semantic Web features in Bioclipse 2.2 <i class=\"fa-solid fa-recycle fa-xs\"></i></a>),\nand I got around to writing the graphical goodies for the following papers.
